Ok... the word combo which opened up a whole new world of visual thinkers and do-ers are INFORMATION DESIGN and what we do (as JAM) just became a little clearer by seeing what this "industry" has been doing for many years. After a very inspiring talk at an Industrial Design Alumni meeting, I even received a clue about a person who is regarded as the signmaking king.
